Here is what I did, probably not 100% proper, but should give a good idea. I will try to add some pictures later, but I didn't take any when I was going through because I underestimated the complication of running the long wire.

Required Parts:

Car with uconnect, auto dim mirror and sirius
RER
Dual mic mirror wiring kit (p/n 82211666) aprox $85: http://www.wyckoffchryslerparts.com/wiringkit2.html
GPS antenna (p/n 5064187AA) aprox $45: http://www.wyckoffchryslerparts.com/mygpsan.html
good quality double sided tape (would have been usefull)
2 or 3 wire ties (should come with 82211666)

Start off by removing the existing radio as described: http://mofv.com/mygig/RadioRemoval.htm Note photo of the back for connections.

Next you will want to remove a series of panels and trim. (I will scan the install instructions for the mirror wire which outline these locations fairly well, as well as getting some pictures)

the most difficult is the trim around the cluster, a bit of prying and force will get it done.
Next is the lower panel between the steering wheel and the floor of the car. the top of this will pop out fairly easy and the bottom will hinge down (it can be pulled off completely if you wish)
Next is the cubby under the left hand defogger. I started by prying on the left hand side, once this side popper out a bit you could wiggle a bit and the whole thing comes out.
then there is the panel between the door and the dash. this prys out and can be slipped by the weather stripping... or pulle part of the weather stripping off and pry the panel off (once I figured out how easy removing and resetting the weatherstripping was the re-instillation of this piece became much easier)
The drivers side column leading up from the dash to the roof can be pried off from the top. there is a small black clip that will need to be released to allow removal of this, then the whole piece can be liffted to release the bottom. use some caution with this as cords leading to Side airbags are behind this piece.
next item to remove is the drives side visor. this may be complicated if you have a fancy visor, but for mine it was phillips screws on the left and torx (20 I believe) on the right hand clip. also take of the left hand clip of the passenger visor.

GPS antenna... If you have double sided tape this probably works best stuck to the bottom of the dash above the cluster. I didn't so i wedged it in a tight section of the cluster as close to the top as I could get it without risking it wiggling free. The cord you will want to snake behind the panel that is still installed and out the bottom, then take it and run it through one of the holes on on the right to get to the back of the radio compartment. I found the best place to go down with it was on the right hand side of the steering wheel behind the telescoping boot.

Dual mic Cord:

Unplug the connection from the back of the mirror. put the matching connection from the cord into the back of the mirror and plug the connection you just unplugged into it's mate on the cord. take the connections and stuff them in the void between the roof and the interior (this may be complicated if you have a sunroof or anything else mounted up there, I didn't)
run the hide the cord along the roof line over to the post.
run it down the post zip tying it to the existing electrical work.
then begin snaking, from the side of the car run into the cubby whole compartment. there is room at the front of the cubby for the wire.
snake from the cubby whole to the bottom of the cluster, run along the bottom of the cluster behind trim that is still there over to the same location that the GPS went down.
From there repeate steps from GPS to get it to the back of the radio. you'll end up with about an extra 4 feet or so if you went the same way as me... coil and stuff it somewhere.

Plug everything in the radio, start the car and make sure everything works, then replace parts. the column piece is the toughest to get back right, mine still doesn't sit exactly right and I have to fiddle with it some more, but it will give me and opportunity to take some pictures.

That is a fabulous write up!! Thanks for taking the time to write it all out for us!

*Edit*

This thread deserves to be stuck!

Thanks for the detailed info. I am awaiting the wiring harness to finish the install. I have also installed a MYGIG Lockpick and ran AV cables to the back of the center console. I have a portable video system for the back seats. I hope to install cameras this coming weekend. So many ideas, so little money.

Do you still have any pics for this install? (specifically of the mic and antenna?)
