Greetings from Lafayette, Indiana. Just got my new Avenger yesterday. Marathon Blue SXT. Love it. My wife drives a 2001 Stratus. Got the MyGig setup with navigation. Traded in my 2005 Ram for the Avenger. I found this forum searching for info on updating the navigation software. There is a main connecting street that has been open for 4 years right behind my house but it does not show up on the map. Does anybody know how old the software might be? Does the dealer have to do the update when one is available? Thanks for any help.

Welcome to the forumZ. You have a SXT right, can you edit the trim level to SXT instead of SE in your vehicle profile. Glad you decided to join us. Did you check out the thread on MyGig? I posted a shortcut to the thread below.

Welcome to the forumz!! Look forward to seeing some pictures. When you play with the Nav thier is a button on it for recording where you are going. You could use this to map out any road or trail you want. I think this is a great feature. Once recorded you have to go in and erase it from the NAV to remove it. My parents live in a new area and you can't get directions to it using maping websites. When they got cable installed at the house they had to meet the cable guy out by the interstate so he could follow them back to the house.
