Hi I’m having problems with a no crank issue everything works battery is good but I’m getting no power to the small wire going to my starter when trying to crank it does no voltage

Okay also do you think it could be my TIPM ?

It's possible. It could also be your PCM or park/neutral position switch could be faulty or mis-adjusted. Just out of curiosity did you try to start the car in neutral?

I crossed out the starter with key on got it to start drove home tried crossing out again would just turn over no start

Do you have a ODB2 adapter for scanning? Try using AlphaOBD software with your OBD compatible adapter and see if you can actuate the starter through the TIPM. Or if you know someone that has a scan tool like SnapOn/Chrysler etc...they should be able to activate the starter circuit.
