It had been giving me some trouble here and there for a little while. First it started with a weaker volume. Then a strained sound. Now, it's just dead. Hit key fob lock button, no sound from that either.

Is there a fuse connected to the horn for this model? I can't find it in the owner's manual fuse chart:

Check the wiring at the horns for good connection. Use a meter or test light at the wire while having someone press the horn button. could also be that the clockspring in the column is faulty. The horn relay is controlled by the TIPM.

Also check to see that the horn is actually grounded to the frame.
