2010 Avenger SXT 2.4L Crankshaft sensor

Recently my Check engine light came on, it was reading codes p0339, p0335, and code p0300. I gave my car a tune up and that fixed p0300 now it is reading p0335 as severe and it wasn’t before. I replaced the crankshaft sensor and the check engine light went off but it is still reading the code. Does anyone know how to fix it?
