I think its a fuse but I have no idea which fuse to check. Does anyone know where and which fuse to check?

Welcome to the forum,please drop by the Newbie check in page and introduce yourself and your ride to the whole international Avenger family. As I drive the Coupe model and "older" I can't offer much help on this one but suggest reading the owners manual and checking underside of fuse box cover, as all fuses and relays are function described and correspond with their location in the fuse panel.

Welcome to the forum!. The fuse for the console plug is #11- 15 amp and the dash plug is #16 - 15 amp.

Are they both under the hood or is there another fuse box somewhere that I am missing?

I have the same issue with the center console plug not working. Changed the fuse and still nothing. It tested for power yet nothing I plug into it doesn't work. Is the next step replacing the plug?

Did you check the ground wire connection?
