Hey all. I am looking to upgrade the audio system in my Avenger. It has the standard system with only 4 speakers and no tweeters in the dash. Is it already wired to have speakers in the dash or would I have to do all of that myself? Thanks!

Kickers make nice speakers. I had them in my 08 and transferred them to my 11. I had the in-dash tweeters in my SXT.

My 2013 R/T has the factory Boston Acoustics speaker setup and it sounds GREAT. It almost sounds like there is a subwoofer in the car even though there isn't.....lol

Based on the part number it looks like the Avenger has a unified harness which means the harness fits all 2012-2014 Avengers. The next step would be to have someone with a Mopar parts catalog look up the dash harness with and without your vin number to see if it's the same part number. If it is, then the provisions are there to add more speakers you would just need the components to do the upgrade.
