Hello,I have a 2009 dodge avenger se sedan 2.4 L with 109754 miles and I have changed the oil when needed and I actually had to change it two weeks ago and in while doing so I had the radio on while doing this and after I got done with the oil change I went to start the car up to check the level and it wouldn't start up but had power for inside just not enough to start it up.i had to get a jump and it started and found out I had to clean my jump start posts and I did this and the car starts up fine,I even cleaned the battery terminals post as well. But now I have a check engine light that is on it's not flashing,I took it to advance auto and the guy hooked up one of those readers to it under the driver's side and he said everything looked great and the car sounds fin,but to add to this when I bought the car the tire sensor was taken out of the car and the tire sensor light stays on all the time,so to make a lo g story short is this causing the check engine light to stay on and is there a way to reset the tire sensor light and the check engine light.

If you have a Flashing check engine light, do not drive it! The only time that light flashes is if there is something wrong that could cause engine damage. Do the key dance (on, off,on,off,on) to see what codes pop up on the dash.
Also, if you have a compatible OBD2 adapter....AlphaOBD has the option of disabling the TPMS system.

Sounds like it might be time for a new battery, how old is it? The check engine light may have been set off by the low voltage, do you know what the exact code was when they read it for you? The tire pressure sensors are a great safety feature, I would replace the sensors.

Have the battery load tested. I had a 1 year old battery go bad and would not have thought I had issues until I had it tested. Todays vehicle rely on a constant stable voltage and amperage.

I apologize, I reread your post and my comment about the flashing CEL doesn't apply to you as you stated it wasn't flashing.....my bad.....
To answer your question, No the tire pressure warning will NOT trigger a check engine light. It's a totally different system hence why it is not a "P" code and probably a "U"code which common scanners at parts stores can not read correctly.
With our cars its hard to do a battery load test since they are fender well mounted batteries and you really need to do a load test directly at the battery Vs the jumper posts. I've had many tests done at the jumper posts and they were pretty inaccurate even with clean terminals and mounting.
Once I pulled the battery and had the battery tested directly at the posts it gave different readings even though it should be the same at the jumper posts.
