I bought this car a couple months ago and everything works great so far besides the body damage. It was hit by a deer and the door opens but if it’s opened all the way it gets stuck behind the fender (right?) Could I have someone take it off and pop it back out or should I just buy a replacement. The only replacements I can find are black so would I have to also get paint and paint it? There’s also a little sputter noise , I was told it was the belt needing to be replaced bc it isn’t tight?

If you want a nice repair you'd have to take it in to a body shop because I see there is a fair bit of door damage too. If you want it to be functional you could pull the fender off and try to straighten it as best you can. You could also call a local salvage yard to see if they have some used parts. They might even have white ones.
