So yeah as you can see from this picture my cat was indeed clogged. I'm not really sure why its hard for people to believe the Converter was clogged. I posted my issue on reddit to and I was replied with people telling me to check literally everything else. Lol, well sure enough I was correct. It's clogged. So for future knowledge to anyone who comes across this if you have very hot sticky exhaust on top off a less then normal flow of exhaust from the tailpipe at idle and one or multiple downstream O2 sensor codes with reduced power mainly in the higher gear range but in my case it seemed weak everywhere, well then you have a clogged Catalytic Converter.

A simple way to test for this prior to removing the cat. You can check pressure at upstream O2 sensor bung or just simply remove the sensors and drive with a hole in the exhaust and see if performance changes.

Yeah this was a option but unfortunately that O2 sensor was practically welded to the threads with rust lol. I don't have a torch, just tons of pb blaster and a 5 foot pole when I got the cat off the exhaust.
Yea I been thinking the same thing I have to delete my code once a month or so. .
But idk about replacing.
A buddy at work said take a small concrete bit drill a whole just thro the center all the way thro and run cleaner thro it and it should perform and smell better if not perform a lil better and changed the sound of his accord. .
Most likely the sound was because it was clogged to start with. .but if u drill thro the sponge wouldn't it crack apart at high rpm and heat if not just with the drilling. .
