I have recently posted my tunes I've been playing around with over on HPTuners. If you have HPT software you should be able to download the tunes to play with....

Pentastar 3.6 FWD tunes "In my car"

Hopefully this link works.....
So far based on HPT software I've gained a little bit more than I did since August......
Now I'm at the point to where I'm looking into purchasing stronger axles and installing engine restraints as I'm tired of feeling the engine jerking between shifts....

Great to hear from you again and thanks for sharing your "tunes"!
I don't have that that software and since our 3.6 equipped '11 DJ is for our son's use, not looking to do any performance upgrades to it. It performs just fine stock! ;)

Here's my latest tunes....
The numbers are based on HPTuners software so the numbers may not be 75% correct. Currently I'm running around 280tq flat across the power band with more to go, which may be flywheel TQ and not wheel TQ if its even accurate. I'v been basically logging every tune I create to see what's changing what, and these numbers are peak numbers that I have hit even if its just a second based on a log.
As for transmission concerns, I've changed my fluids every 30K and my trans fluid is clean and red. I also have an auxiliary trans cooler to aid in keeping the trans cool. So far during the winter months my trans cooler has yet to come into play as the 6speed has an internal bypass and my trans has not heated up enough to send fluid to the trans cooler. I'm old school and think clean cooler fluid helps protect the transmission. I dont do neutral drops, I dont do hard launches with slicks so I pretty much floor it on a roll start to help prevent and strain on the drivetrain parts.

Here is the latest tune I'm using.........

My 3-8-22 tune

There's more to adjust.....
I've been trying to find the correct injector settings for the Bosch 0280158187 or the GM 12598646 and I cant find anything other than tunes for a GM pcm. I've played around with recommended injector settings to get things close, but there not close enough to help get other readings correct. Especially the Alcohol content readings as the factory pcm thinks I'm running more alcohol than im actually using......

Also note! This tune has my 62TE tuned using SET software. Syked ECU is the only programmer that I know of who had tuning capabilities for the 62TE transmission. So be warned my tune for my 62TE has clean Mopar ATF+4, New Mopar filter, external transcooler big enough for a truck towing. I don't know how HPT works with copying tunes so be warned if my trans tune does transfer over......

small little update.....
I was playing around with "Draggy" and I finally had a chance to use it! Unless I did something wrong, when it says "Ready" its waiting for you to launch and then it only stops when you come to a complete stop. I launched and it started recording and I continued on driving with the hopes it would calculate and save when I hit 0-60, 1/8th mile recordings then stop when I finally came to a stop. I thought this would be perfect as I could get a second to start it when I got on the thruway and just run hard until the 1/8th mile recorded and then continue driving until the next exit. It apparently didn't work that way and only stopped recording when I came to a complete stop. And the recordings were not accurate after I looked at them as there is no way it took me 23seconds to get to 60.........
As for the tune.....
The average price for 93 octane is around $5.20gal and E70(e85) is still $3.29gal lately. So I've been working on my tune here and there now based on E70. It's been a hassle because even though I'd like to start with a $5.20gal tune, It's so much cheaper playing around with a $3.29gal tune. Lately Highway I get 22mpg on 93octane and I'm also getting 22mpg highway on E70 so to me that's an improvement to start with. City driving I lost about 2mpg using E70 so saving an average of $1.91gal was worth it to me since I'm also getting more power.
Tune updates also have changed since having winter cooler 40deg intake temperatures in the intake makes a major difference Vs 65-85deg intake temps. I'm talking based on HPtuners software around 10-15ft/lbs of TQ and almost 10-15hp based on HPTuners software.
So now I'm rerunning previous tunes that I've logged this year o see which tune actually makes the best numbers based on the cooler temps and the warmer temps. So far my previous tune posted here is questionable now that the temperatures have changed. I'm still dealing with an issue of the pcm not recognizing proper alc readings which also changes the tune...

3-8tuneEdit.hpt

Here's the latest tune I've been running as my base tune. It's been my stable base tune using E70 with my injectors. Power #'s vary DRASTICALLY on intake temps, but so far overall its been good.
I'm researching with a few others about cam settings so things may change but for now this is my current base tune on a 2013 Avenger R/T with the 62TE transmission.

Small update, I'm still using my tune from last July which you should be able to download from HPtuners website. Currently I'm running the winter blend of E50 which is 53% alcohol. My MPG's are the same and my power is still the same but the main reason I'm still using this winter blend.....I stocked up as I was able to get it at $1.50gal as my local gas station is trying to clear out there winter blend of fuel. So I have 85gallons currently of E50 to use as reserve as I'm still driving to the gas station to top off my tank while its still $1.50gal for me in my area. I have since purchased a fuel transfer pump and hoses so I can fuel up at home....LOL

Damn, $1.50/gal?! I just topped off at $2.64 and that was a deal here!
Yeah, I couldn't believe it either! I went there one day and was like, DAMN! That same day I went back enough times to fill two 30 gallon drums, 5 5gallon gas cans and topped off my tank....lol
I wasn't going to take a chance of the price changing the next day....

I have never seen nor heard of a gas station giving away gas like that. They only make a few cents per gallon profit, that would be a huge loss to them.

Hell, I still remember the articles of that one shell accidentally selling gas for .69 instead of 6.90 and them firing the manager for losing over 30k in a matter of hours...

Being that he was buying E85, that could be part of the reason, they may have low enough sales that they either didn’t want it to separate and/or to blend with the the higher alcohol content spring blend that would be showing up, which would at best average out the blends. I have suspected that, at least around here, there is gouging going on with E85 vs the E10 blends too.

I’d probably be looking for some yellow plastic diesel cans just to fill up for that price too!

BTW, we’re loving the front brake upgrade on my 200 too, saved our bacon right after Thanksgiving when a deer ran out in front of us coming home from dinner on Black Friday. The car stopped about a foot from her and Dad is positive that the right rear was starting to leave the ground at that point!
