I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger 2.4l and while going through the diagnostic test for p2016 and p2017 I found 4.6-4.8v on the signal wire. Is this most likely the culprit or something mechanical? I'll also mention that a battery and cable replacement fixed an issue we had about 6 months ago. What's the best way to repair the short? Any help would be greatly appreciated
