I notice my Avenger was making kind of a thumping noise when I was driving home from work on the high way. Tires all new, then when I turn my steering wheel is makes that thumping noise, I thought it was a wheel bearing at first but so far what I heard it may be a ball joint or sway bar links , if anyone had the similar problem let me know

Welcome to the forum!
Sounds like it could be a CV joint or worn rack if it makes the noise when turning the wheel. Ball joints and sway bar links will clunk when hitting any bump in the road. Maybe you can post a recording of the sound.

HOW NEW? like within 100 miles? RECHECK lug nut tightness, many times they can be loose from having been off for tire change. MANY places state to have lug nuts retightened after 50-100 miles use.
