I have a 2013 avenger here that vibrates and makes a loud, deep whirring at high speeds. It gets worse the faster I go and gets worse when I slightly turn the wheel left or right. It seems to be coming from the front driver side. I checked the wheel bearings and they seem fine. there is also a slight click right when I cross dead center while turning the tires by hand with the front end in the air.
(On a possibly unrelated note, the drivers side of the dash makes a click noise about 10 times in a row right when I open the door)

Could be a CV going bad. The clicking sound is probably a blend door actuator.

Just for the heck of it, have you checked your power steering fluid level? The dash thing is probably like what "Intrepid" note, possibly a blend door actuator. There is a trick to have the HVAC system do a self diagnostic and it will go through and actuate all the blend doors but off the top of my head I don't remember the buttons needing to be pressed to initiate this self test.

Could be a bad power steering pump

Wait, you said vibrating
Could be the rack and pinion, imbalanced tires or a knot on a tire. Those are very speed dependent for vibrating tho usually go away above 55 ish mph
