WHAT those warning lights are, is the anti lock braking and either stability OR traction control warning lights illuminated. PROBABLY on due to a faulty wheel speed sensor at one of the wheel hubs.
BEST way to figure out is to have the car scanned for codes with a more capable than just OBD11 code scanner that will interface with the body control module to pinpoint the fault.

Throwing in parts without proper diagnostic time being spent will get very costly and result in unneeded parts and labor time to NOT fix the problem....as you have then found out.
Get it somewhere that has a proper scanner to read the BCM codes and follow the proper diagnostic chain to pinpoint the fault and repair it. Your lack of diagnostic/ repair info done so far will not allow members here to help any more than give you wild guesses.
