interminant wiper issue ,,2012 avenger

checked the fuse panel and it and all the wiring appears new ,,,replaced both headlight and wiper switches to no avail ,,,seems worse when its colder outside ,,,,i found a part number for a wiper relay of the plug in variety
but dont know where the relay panel is located ,,,and no its not part of the fuse panel {{{i had it all apart}}

95% of wiper "issues trace to either a bad multifunction switch on the steering column OR a bad TIPM/ fuse panel out under the hood. There are SO MANY threads posted over the years here that a simple search would give you all the info you are looking for. Other 5% of the time has shown poor grounds wire connections, tracing those out has proven rather time consuming. GOOD LUCK!
