Tail Light out on one side: assembly is good

Good day!

I have a 2013 SE 2.4L, the issue I am having is that my driver side brake light does not work. I have my Driver and passenger turn signals, my 4 ways, backup lights, and the standard low light for when the headlights are turned on. I also have the passenger and center brake lights on. I pulled the assembly off and tested on the passenger side and it does work as it should. I also put my meter to the connection and I could get 12v from the passenger side, but nothing from the driver side. I consulted the manual for fuse information, but nothing said headlight/exterior lamp, and I am also consulting the Haynes manual for my vehicle, though I am not finding much on the taillight assembly, I did find electrical diagrams, but I am not sure those show what I need either.

Any ideas?

besides Haynes there are places like alldata diy and mitchell1, both of which cost money but should have wiring schematics.

my guess is before the end of the day intrepid will reach in that magicians hat and somehow pull out a schematic for you.

as far as fast blink goes, it used to indicate one of the bulbs being out. With a mix if LED and incandescent, nit sure what it would be. Maybe you have a bad socket ir connection somewhere and it is drawing too much power.

LEDs are finicky little bastards and get upset easily if something isn't quite right

I had to tap out. Went and talked to a guy who did work on my car a month ago and replaced the fuse box/TIPM. They confirmed that my 12v line to the driver stop indicator was not getting power while still being good. They ordered another TIPM to replace this one under warranty. The blinker issue started right after this was replaced but I didn't think anything of it. Then my brake light went/was found to be out.

I thank everyone for the help, it lead me to conclude that the board was the issue and not a wire, and the shop confirmed.

I will test that in the morning. I am trying to make sense of these wiring diagrams, so I am hoping I can figure something out. I am wondering if the play is to run a jumper from the passenger connection to the driver side and hope if fixes it, at least for now as I am on a time crunch for a "Fix-It" ticket.

According to my Haynes manual this circuit shares a common ground and power. I have continuity on the ground, but not on the power. Currently ripping the car apart to trace the harness from the stop indicator. I am hoping I just pinched some wires and can splice a new one in.

Though I am starting to think my Haynes book may have the circuit wrong. Any idea where I may be able to get ahold of wiring schematics?

The problem with the fuse box (TIPM) is a typical problem in Chrysler 2007+ cars, I have already written more than once, because in my club we often meet them at Dodge Avenger JS, Chrysler Sebring JS, Dodge Journey, Dodge Caliber etc.
The TIPM unit costs a lot of money, besides, it is necessary either to choose the right configuration, or to restore its configuration, as well as prescribe the original VIN number, otherwise the machine will behave inadequately.

It is difficult and expensive to find a TIPM unit with us, we save a lot and restore them - the procedure is simple, takes one day and the guarantee is 80 percent. On average, this is $ 50-80 in translation into American currency :)
