Upper idle pulley

Is there a specific torque for the upper idle pulley on a 2010 dodge avenger sxt 2.4l?

1 - UPPER PULLEY
2 - LOWER PULLEY

  1. Position lower idler pulley (2) and bolt.
  2. Tighten bolt to 35 N·m (25 ft. lbs.).
  3. Position upper idler pulley (1) and bolt.
  4. Tighten bolt to 35 N·m (25 ft. lbs.).

Ok thank you! I was doing it at 21 ft. Lbs beforei saw this for a good while but didn’t feel it getting tighter, any ideas? Was thinking maybe get a new pulley and bolt
